Through these Instructions, the office formalized graphic standards, guiding the individual draftsmen who were responsible for drawing the firm’s design ideas. The original document, with white lines on a vivid deep blue background, one-sided format, and staple binding, is housed in the Archives of Frederick Law Olmsted NHS.
